Nutrition, physical fitness, stress management, and environmental awareness are all within an individual's dimension of choices. Wellness is an individual's responsibility.

HYPNOTHERAPY- Hypnotherapy is a technique that uses the hypnotic state to introduce changes in perception and memory. It uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I use this modality to help clients with weight reduction, smoking cessation, anger management, anxiety, and insomnia.
